Wade is an associate broker trading in the agriculture real estate industry since 2006. He has completed Auctioneering Training (Auctioneers Training Center of Canada), Professional Sales Skills (Carlton Trail Regional College), and every real estate course the SREC has offered. Wade is licensed to trade all types of real estate with agriculture being his specialty and expertise.

Wade is from Quill Lake, SK where he owned and operated a mixed farm operation from 1983 to 2005. During that time, Wade also worked in the auction industry (1990 to 2004 and 2016 to 2024 Berlinic Auctions Ltd.) developing a strong aptitude for auctioning. Wade is uniquely skilled at generating exceptional results by merging his farmland real estate expertise with his auctioning talents. He is a firm believer in providing valuable insight and advice to long-term relationships that are built on trust.
