Howard grew up on a mixed farm near Biggar, Saskatchewan, where he developed a strong connection to agriculture early in life. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan and went on to spend over 33 years in law enforcement, including a period living in Alberta. Howard eventually returned to rural Saskatchewan to raise his children closer to family, rekindling his roots in the farming community.

With a passion for agriculture, Howard has been actively involved in farming and cattle ownership, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges and rewards of rural life. His extensive background in law enforcement helped him hone essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and building trust—qualities he now uses to guide clients through the complexities of farmland transactions. Howard is committed to open and honest communication, ensuring each client’s needs are met with respect and integrity.

Deeply involved in his community, Howard has spent over 20 years coaching various sports, demonstrating his dedication to helping others and fostering strong relationships. He is passionate about helping families and businesses find solutions tailored to their unique needs within Saskatchewan’s farmland market.
