Grant worked with Farm Credit Canada for 32 years prior to working with Hammond Realty. He has training in appraisal theory, mediation, insolvency, crisis management, financial analysis, mortgage lending, and legal contracts which complement his skills as an AG Expert.

Grant has farmed all his life and is now enjoying having his family farm along side him. Grant has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan. Grant is a long-time member of the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists and holds his Professional Agrologist (PAg) designation.
