Two parcels of highly productive land just west of Aylsham, primarily mapped as Black soils, with Hoey, Blaine Lake and Kamsack soil associations present, Silty Clay Loam surface texture, 6+ inches of topsoil. Canada Land Inventory mapping shows the area as primarily Class 1 land. This is among the most productive land in Saskatchewan, no stone, very open fields.


Parcel 1: NW-33-48-13-W2 has 158.63 title acres, with 156 cultivated acres, 1.5 miles west of Aylsham on the highway. Final Rating 89 points per acre.


Parcel 2: South half SE-08-49-13-W2 has 79.78 title acres, about 76 cultivated, just west and north of Aylsham, one mile north of parcel 1. Final Rating 90 points per acre.


There is no tenant in place for 2025, with no right of first refusal.
